OUR INVESTMENTS CRITERIA
MARKET CHARACTERISTICS
We pursue to invest in sufficient growth stage and mature scalable businesses as long as we believe from all available evidence that it has the potential to skyrocket in value in the fragmented high-growth niches.
ENTRY
We make the most important business decision since starting is getting out. We roll-ups (adding-on acquisition) industry consolidations by financial engineering and operational improvements.
INVESTMENT HORIZON
Our target period is between five (5) to seven (7) years with a higher market value or multiple on EBITDA upon exit.
EXIT STRATEGY
At the right time, we will take our portfolios SPAC or public or sell up to strategic investors, our sponsors, insurance firms or secondary LBO.
SIZE
EBITDA or free cash flow average of US$ 500 k – 50 million per transaction (some project finance could be higher than anticipate thresholds).

Healthcare & Health-tech services, Telecommunications, IT (cybersecurity) & Clean-Tech , Real-estate (low-cost housing, affordable-hosing), Commercial with focus on industrial & logistics), fin-tech, manufacturing Secondary

SECONDARY SECTOR
Education, F&B (fast food & Agri-food plantation and production), business and consumer services, distribution, franchisers, HORECA, Mining (with strict ESIA monitoring).
TRANSACTION
We target primarily growth capital, complex leveraged buyouts or recapitalization resulting from distressed or retiring owner or partner, sale of family-owned company or corporate divestitures.
PREFERRED OWNERSHIP
We prefer majority positions for acquisition and strong minority for JV partnership.
MANAGEMENT
We specialize in situations that need strong and capable management, partner with successful executives who can lead the newly acquired company.
NOT CONSIDER
Too early-stage companies, any investment that does not meet our strict ESG guidelines.
